All advice and strategies shared via consultation, reports, or documents are based on our professional analysis. While we aim for impactful results, no marketing or business outcome (including leads or revenue) is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.4. Payments & Invoicing
All payments are due as per the terms mentioned in our proposal or invoice. Delay in payments may result in service suspension or late fees. All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.5. Intellectual Property
All materials developed by Grow My Practice — including campaign creatives, training material, strategy documents, and website content — remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these without prior written permission. All client-provided assets (logos, clinic photos, testimonials, etc.) remain the property of the client.6. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, strategies, and discussions as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Grow My Practice is not liable for:- Any indirect or consequential losses due to marketing campaign performance, third-party service failures, or delayed responses.
- Outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
